I'm happy you're here, and I'd love for you to learn a little more about who I am and what I do. I'm a writer and programming expert specializing in leadership development and social and emotional learning for youth, young adults and emerging leaders.  With over a decade of experience in education and media, I work to generate creative content and innovative programming that makes meaningful connections, inspires growth and promotes success.

Currently, I serve as Director of Program Development for BRIDGES, a Memphis-based non-profit, where I design and implement experiential learning that annually services 6,000 youth and prepares them to lead in diverse communities and play meaningful roles in environmental, social, racial and economic justice. Prior to BRIDGES, I worked as the Director of First- and Second-Year Programming at the first and only HBCU in Memphis, TN.
